Could your lifestyle be causing cancer? Many lifestyles do (only 5%-10% are genetic). Over time poor choices will erode your energy, skin, digestion, immunity, and mindset. This leads to a host of health issues. Think smoking, perfectionism, overworking, isolation, self-medicating with drugs, alcohol, or food, under sleeping, eating out often, sitting too much, or negative friends. Every little habit affects the quality of your life.
I’ll say it again.
Every little habit (which are choices you make) affects the quality of your life.
Take a big breath in. Let it out.
The good news is many lifestyles prevent cancer. They arm you with a shield so you can continue living vibrantly after cancer. Think green juice, regular exercise, hanging with positive friends, doing work you love, walking in the park, prayer, meditation, yoga, being creative, cooking mostly organic, positive thinking, and allowing yourself to experience more pleasure in your life.
The best part? Your lifestyle is your design. You can customize a life that feels good for you. It is very important to live a life that is meaningful and satisfies your soul.
The first step is to examine your current lifestyle. My favorite tool that gives you a clear visual in minutes is The Circle of Life. I learned about it in The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. You will love it!
This is the Circle of Life exercise. Print it out and follow the instructions.
By not facing your lifestyle or taking one step forward to improve it can be damaging. Take your health in your hands. Scroll down a bit to examine your Circle of Life. Print it out and follow the steps. If you need someone to discuss your results, I’m here for you. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
As always, your health and happiness are my utmost concern. Your vibrant life is only a few shifts away.
